Work with Dementia UK to set up a major gifts programme has included writing a compelling case for support to encourage larger gifts; identifying existing supporters who are high-net-worth ; hands on management of a donor portfolio; GDPR compliance; working with CEO, trustees and key volunteers to increase opportunities for major giving; developing an events strategy for existing and potential major supporters; planning and executing high-end  events to introduce potential philanthropists to the charity; and scoping the feasibility of an appeal.
